PropNET frequencies are included here for those wishing to be able to track propagation, since these stations
tend to be on more frequently because they are testing band conditions on a continuing basis (4-6 times/hr).
As a side note, PropNet stations have discovered that propagation frequently occurs along the edge of a storm front.
